Our Mission

Our mission is to blend insight with action — offering grounded, strengths‑based counseling that helps women move through transitions, reduce overwhelm, and build a life that feels aligned, confident, and supported by practical tools for real, sustainable change.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado (LPC 0021470) with a background in health promotion, career development, maternal mental health, and strength-based counseling. My work is rooted in clarity, values, strengths, and practical support — helping women feel capable, grounded, and more connected to themselves. My work focuses on supporting women navigating life transitions, anxiety and stress, maternal mental health  (pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood), and career direction.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Insight + action

  • Mindfulness‑ and wellness‑informed

  • Practical tools for daily life

  • Warm, grounded, and collaborative

I was born in southern California but moved with my family to Fort Collins in high school and have never looked back. My husband and I now live in Northern Colorado with our daughter, born in December 2024, and our Border Collie/Pit Bull fur baby. Outside of my work, I’m happiest spending time with my family, enjoying the beauty of Colorado, and staying active. On any free weekend, you’ll find us outdoors — camping, hiking, snowboarding, or playing in the backyard — or working on a new home improvement project. I also love cooking, reading, strength‑training, and weekly dance‑fitness classes.

I became a counselor because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s happening in their lives. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who can listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and offer practical tools that actually help. Supporting people through the different seasons of life — and helping them feel more grounded, capable, and intentional — is the part of this work that continues to inspire me every day.

Recently becoming a mom added a deeper layer of meaning to my work and strengthened my commitment to supporting women through the many transitions that shape their lives.
